Terms and Conditons

  1. Eligibility: The referral program is open to all existing customers of Castle Power and previouse customers of Power Asia

  2. How to Participate: To participate in the referral program, customers must refer their friends, family, or acquaintances to buy FG Wilson genset from Castle Power Solution . Referrals can be made by sharing a unique Code provided by Castle Power.

  3. Referral Reward: Both the referrer and the referred friend or acquaintance will be eligible for a referral reward. The specific reward details is communicated in the referral process.

  4. Duration: The Referral Program will run until December 31, 2024.

  5. Qualifying Referral: A referral is considered valid when the referred friend is a new customer to Castle Power and meets all the eligibility criteria set by Castle Power.

  6. Fraudulent Referrals: Any fraudulent or dishonest activity to gain referrals will result in disqualification from the program and may lead to further actions.

  7. Program Changes: Castle Power reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

  8. Communication: By participating in the referral program, participants consent to receive communications related to the program via email or other appropriate channels.

  9. Compliance: All participants must comply with these terms and conditions, as well as any additional rules set forth by Castle Power.

  10. Limitation of Liability: Castle Power is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical issues that may affect the referral program.

  11. Data Privacy: Castle Power will handle personal information obtained through the referral program in accordance with its privacy policy.
