DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns

Planning and directing the hiring and trainings of new Sales Representatives

Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally

Prepare sales target and projections

Manage operational expenditures

Manage and analyze sales data based on key quantitative metrics

Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service

Setting discount rates and determining price schedules

Uphold policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Represents the organization from internal and external activities

Making informed decisions to drive sales team performance and resource allocation

Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess a bachelor's/college degree in business administration, marketing, electrical/mechanical engineering, or any related course with extensive experience in heavy equipment or related industry. Outstanding sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets with proven ability to manage the sales process from planning to closing, excellent negotiation skills, excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
