DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The office staff plays a crucial role in the efficient functioning of the organization by providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Administrative Support

Manage and organize documents, files, and records

Answer and direct phone calls and emails

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events

Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and reports
2.Data Entry

Accurately input and update data into computer systems and databases

Maintain and manage electronic and paper records
3. Office Organization

Maintain a clean and organized office space.

Order and manage office supplies and equipment

Ensure office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) are in working order
4. Communication

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Assist with handling inquiries and requests
5. Support to Management

Assist managers and executives with various administrative tasks

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
6. Filing and Record Keeping

Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems

Retrieve and archive records as needed

Graduate of any 4-year course

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

Knowledge in SAP is a plus
