DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The office staff plays a crucial role in the efficient functioning of the organization by providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage and organize documents, files, and records

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events

  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and reports

 

2.Data Entry

  • Accurately input and update data into computer systems and databases

  • Maintain and manage electronic and paper records

 

3. Office Organization

  • Maintain a clean and organized office space.

  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment

  • Ensure office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) are in working order

 

4. Communication

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist with handling inquiries and requests

 

5. Support to Management

  • Assist managers and executives with various administrative tasks

  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes

 

6. Filing and Record Keeping

  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems

  • Retrieve and archive records as needed

RELATED JOBS

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

  • Knowledge in SAP is a plus

  • Willing to work onsite at Libis, Quezon CitY

  • Can start immediately
