DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the HR Manager at Castle Power Solutions Philippines Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations. You will play a vital role in shaping our company culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning

 

2. Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

  • Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances with sensitivity and professionalism

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws

 

3. Training and Development

  • Identify training and development needs

  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance

  • Oversee performance appraisal and feedback processes

 

4. Compensation and Benefits

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.

  • Conduct regular salary reviews and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages

  • Stay updated on compensation laws and regulations

 

5. HR Policy and Compliance

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures

  • Stay current with changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure company compliance

  • Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in line with company policies and legal requirements

 

6. HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems

  • Oversee payroll processing and timekeeping

  • Utilize HR software for efficient HR administration

 

7. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives

  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee well-being

  • Monitor employee satisfaction and take proactive measures to enhance it

 

8. Talent Management

  • Identify high-potential employees and implement succession planning strategies

  • Develop and implement strategies for employee retention and career growth

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus)

  • 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including managerial roles

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing an HR team

  • Ethical conduct and a high level of confidentiality

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing business environments and evolving HR trends
