Product Support

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures proper management of labor and equipment resources to cover all customer needs and maximizes utilization objectives

  • Updates and trains his subordinates on current practices that were implemented in terms of service and repair

  • Formulates and recommends strategies to management to improve the department’s performance

  • Close communication with FG Wilson Partner and Sales Manager

  • Handles and process warranty claims of Dealers (Nationwide Operation)

  • Communicate and prepare a technical report on the development side

  • Perform Product knowledge orientation on Sales Executive

  • Assist with Machine Testing and Commissioning

  • Acts as the department’s representative in the management committee meetings

  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate head from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.

  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in product support of the Generator Industry

  • At least 5 or more years of management experience within the generator industry

  • Excellent English Communication, Business Correspondence, and Presentation Skills

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
