Product Support

Serves clients by analyzing work orders; investigating complaints; conducting tests and troubleshooting in accordance with the implementing standard
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance
Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records

A graduate of any vocational course or its equivalent
With knowledge of both electrical and mechanical aspects - an advantage
With work-related experience in Heavy Equipment / Generator Sets services or any related industry – an advantage
Must have a valid driver’s license
