Warehousing and Logistics
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all warehouse and logistics forecasting, planning, and tracking
-
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures for all company warehouses nationwide.

Manage sales orders for customers
-
Act as a liaison to other key departments to ensure accurate and timely replenishment of inventory for purchase orders
-
Keep records of all inbound and outbound shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, finance, or a related field
-
Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager working in warehouse and logistics management
-
Knowledge warehousing management software is a plus

Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, and a problem-solving attitude
-
High service orientation, hands-on, and attention to detail
-
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
-
Expert at Microsoft Excel, and competency in other relevant software such as Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Knows how to drive and with the latest driver's license
